Firstly download and install Xvid Splitter . After launch it, you'll see the main interface as the upper picture shows.

 

Step 1. Click "File--Add File" or to add file to the file list, click button to open Clip window, as above.
Step 2. Click button to play the selected file.
Step 3. Use or dragging the slider bar and to add segment to the segment file list, then repeat to clip more segments.
Step 4. To delete a segment in the segment list, please select it and click button. To adjust the position of the segment in the list, please select it and click or button.

Step 5. After the above operations, click OK button to return to the main interface. All the clipped segments will be added into the file list.

Tips:

1. You can use to view the start and end time mark.
