Free Download the MPEG Splitter, an interface will appear just as above. MPEG means MPG, MPEG1, MEEG2, MPEG4 files, etc.

Click "add files" button and choose the files that you want to convert .

 

Select a mpeg video/audio file in the file list, click button in the toolbar to open Clip window, as above.
Click button to play .
Click button to set the start point in the playback. When the file jumps to the end point you want, click button to get one segmentto add the segment to the segment list.

Tip: You can drag the slider bar to adjust the position of Start and End point.

Click button, and repeat Step 5 to clip more segments.

Please select a segment and click button to delete if you want to. To adjust the position of the segment in the list, please select it and click to move up or to move down.

After the above operations, click OK button to close the clip window. All the clipped segments will be added into the file list.

Tips:

1. You can use the Split drop-down menu in the main interface to equally split a big file to several pieces of equal size.

2. Profile settings also can be used when you just want to split one segment of the video.
