Tips: Direct Split:

You can set the Split drop-down menu on the right panel of the main interface to split the divx souce to pieces of equal size.

How to split FLV to your devices manually

Firstly download and install FLV Splitter. After launch it, you'll see the main interface as the upper picture shows. 

Step 1. Click or "File--Add File" to add a flv file to the file list.
Step 2. Select a file in the file list, click button in the toolbar to open Clip window, as below.

Step 3. Click button to play the selected file.
Step 4. Click button to set the start point in the playback. When the file jumps to the end point you want, click button to get one segment. The segment will be added to the segment list.
Tips:
1. You can drag the slider to adjust the position of Start and End point. And click to delete the segment.
2.The segment list displays all the segment, including the start time, end time and duration.
Step 5. After the above operations, click OK button to return to the main interface. The clipped segment will be added into the file list.
Step 6. Click the drop-down list of the profile to set the output format and click to select the destination.
