Solution One: Direct DVD Splitting

You can set the Split drop-down menu on the right panel of the main interface to split the DVD disc to pieces of equal size.

Solution 2. Manual DVD Splitting

Free Download DVD splitter, an interface will appear just as above.

Select a video/audio file in the file list, click button in the toolbar to open Clip window, as follow:

 Click button to play the selected file.
Click button to set the start point in the playback. When the file jumps to the end point you want, click button to get one segment. The segment will be added to the segment list.
Tip: You can drag the slider bar to adjust the position of Start and End point.

Click button, and repeat Step 4 to clip a new segment.
To delete a segment in the segment list, please select it and click button. To adjust the position of the segment in the list, please select it and click or button.

After the above operations, click OK button to return to the main interface. All the clipped segments will be added into the file list.

Tips:

1. After clipping video segments, you can add them to the file list, and convert to multiple files; or you can merge the video segments in the segment list into one and add it to the file list, and then you will get one file after converting.
2. To merge video segments into one: In the Clip window, check Output segments as whole one option, and click OK button, then the merged video segment will be added to the file list as one file.
